Andrew Jensen

Andrew grew up in Littleton, CO and attended the United States Military Academy. He graduated in the top 10% of his class in 2004 with a degree in Engineering Physics and was commissioned as an Infantry Officer. After graduating from Airborne and Ranger School, Andrew served for four years with the 101st Airborne Division, earning two Bronze Stars for Meritorious Service for two tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the military in 2009, Andrew was admitted to the Haas Graduate School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley. While there, Andrew focused initially on strategy and technology before accepting a position at a mutual fund. When not working, Andrew is an avid ultrarunner and has run seven marathons, six 50 mile ultramarathons, and one 100 mile ultramarathon. In addition, Andrew has co-founded a non-profit called Polar Vision that aims to raise awareness for visual impairment.
