Andy Guerra

Andres was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Upon graduating high school, he enlisted into the United States Marines Corps as an Avionics Technician. He spent his enlistment stationed at MCAS Miramar under Marines Aviation Logistic Squadron 11 (MALS-11). After two years on station, he served as a Continuous Process Improvement consultant. In this role, he conducted various projects aimed at eliminating waste and variability in aviation maintenance processes. During his service, he took advantage of foreign leave opportunities and solo-backpacked over 20 countries. Upon completing his enlistment, Andres enrolled at Yale University, where he is currently pursuing a BA in Political Science. On campus, he is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Yale Undergraduate Consulting Group. He intends to pursue a career in strategy consulting.
