Austin Field

A Seattle native, Austin studied International Relations at Tufts University, and also studied abroad at the University of Chile. After graduating in 2011, Austin attended U.S. Army Officer Candidate School and commissioned as an active duty infantry officer before being assigned to Fort Bliss, Texas. During his career as an Army officer, Austin led an infantry platoon during a nine-month deployment to Western Afghanistan, and subsequently served as a rifle company executive officer, a headquarters company executive officer, and a battalion operational planner. Austin currently lives and works in New York City, and plans to attend law school in the near future. He is honored to assist veterans in finding the best possible educational opportunities.
