Brandon Moore

Brandon recently transitioned from active duty service following eight years as a U.S. Army aviation officer. He commissioned from West Point in 2014 and earned a B.S. with honors focusing on international relations and American politics. While at West Point, Brandon competed on the Alpine Ski Team, served as Head Delegate of the Model United Nations team, and led admissions outreach efforts in the CT-01 and CT-05 congressional districts.
Brandon completed the AH-64D qualification course at Fort Rucker, AL in June 2016. He then served as an Air Cavalry Platoon Leader at Fort Drum, NY and Squadron Logistics Officer (S-4) at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. In March 2019, Brandon assumed command of an Air Cavalry Troop in 6-6 CAV and led counterterrorism and stability operations while deployed to Khost Province, Afghanistan. Brandon completed his Army career at Fort Hood, TX where he evaluated the training and readiness of national guard and reserve aviation units as they prepared for overseas deployment.
Brandon is currently an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and MPP candidate at Harvard Kennedy School where he focuses on social enterprise and innovative public policy that empowers marginalized communities
