Caitlin Haner

Caitlin commissioned into the active duty U.S. Army from Gonzaga University in 2012 where she studied history and Spanish. She spent her first four years in the army flying UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters and the last four years as a special operations civil affairs officer. Specializing in the Indo-Pacific region of the world, Caitlin has completed rotational assignments to six different countries in Asia including a posting as the Special Operations Forces Liaison Element leader at the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal. After eight years, Caitlin separated from the military to pursue her MBA at MIT Sloan as a Pat Tillman scholar, class of 2022. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys planning international trips that largely revolve around outdoor activities, craft beer, and simple carbs.
