Dan trained as a Naval Flight Officer in the EA-6B Prowler after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2000. As an officer in the U.S. Navy he served as a mission commander and Prowler Tactics Instructor in Whidbey Island, WA, and an Electronic Warfare training officer in Iraq. While on active duty Dan graduated from Auburn University's MBA program in 2006, and after leaving active duty Dan graduated from the George Mason University School of Law in 2013. He previously clerked for the Circuit Court of Fairfax, Virginia, and is currently a clerk for the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Office of Special Masters.
