David graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Boston in 2007 with a BS in Biology and a BA in English. He attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine under the HPSP and graduated in 2013 with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. David completed a general surgery internship the following year before entering active duty with 2-501st CAB as a Flight Surgeon. David had the opportunity to deploy to Liberia to combat the Ebola outbreak in support of Operation: United Assistance. After completing active duty obligations, he then transitioned to civilian life, and completed residency training in emergency medicine at Central Michigan University in 2021. He is currently an ultrasound fellow at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.
