Eric Hom

Eric was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in a non-traditional, Chinese-American household. He was immersed in highly diverse communities which helped him develop strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people. He graduated from San Jose State University in 2010 with a B.S. In Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Eric commissioned in 2013 through Officer Candidate School as an Air Defense Artillery Officer. His first assignment was at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX, where deployed to Bahrain with B/2-43, 11th ADA BDE. He currently serves as the Executive Officer for Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command. He plans on completing an MBA at either Stanford or McCombs (UT Austin) after transitioning out of the military in the summer of 2017. Eric’s hobbies include cars, health and fitness, video games, and investing in the stock market.
