Erik Taraba is an award-winning leader and decorated combat veteran who has consistently produced results designing, building and leading organizations ranging from two to 2,000 people. Erik commanded Marines for 15 years both as an Infantry Officer and Force Reconnaissance Officer with extensive experience making critical decisions in time-sensitive and high-stakes environments. During this time, he completed numerous combat deployments, leading Marines through some of recent history’s most significant battles in the Middle East and around the globe. Erik is a Distinguished Graduate of the Expeditionary Warfare School and numerous other military courses. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois where he was a Marine Corps Leadership Scholar and is currently an dual degree MBA/MPP Candidate at the Wharton School and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
