Erin Moffitt

Erin is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy. Prior to Duke, she served on active duty (Army) for ten years. She received her commission through ROTC at Villanova University where she received a B.A. in Humanities and Augustinian Traditions with a Concentration in Peace & Justice. Erin served as a Transportation Officer at Fort Bragg, NC for three years prior to assessing into the Civil Affairs Regiment. Upon conclusion of the Civil Affairs Qualification Course and language training (Arabic), she was assigned to the 96th Civil Affairs Battalion (Fort Bragg) where she focused on stabilization efforts on the Middle East. Her policy interest is national security, and she currently serves as a reservist at the JFK Special Warfare Center and School.
