Fletcher Baldwin

Fletcher graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 with a BS in Environmental Sciences. He commissioned into the Marine Corps and served six years as an infantry officer. Fletcher was stationed in Camp Lejeune as a platoon commander and company executive officer, deploying once aboard a  Marine Expeditionary Unit, and spent his final two years of active duty as an instructor and staff platoon commander at The Basic School in Quantico, VA. Fletcher transitioned out of the Marines in 2020 and matriculated as an MBA student at the Darden School of Business at UVA. He is married to Amanda,  originally from Brazil, and enjoys learning Portuguese and hiking in his free time.
