Ian Driscoll

Ian attended Lafayette College where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History, Government and Law in 2007. After graduation, he received a full academic scholarship to Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated in 2010. During law school he clerked for a federal judge, worked as a summer associate at a large firm, interned with Brooklyn DA's Major Narcotics Investigations Unit, and worked for a non-profit. He was offered a commission in the United States Army JAG Corps during Spring of 3L and began service in Fall 2011. While waiting for active duty to begin, Ian spent a year working for a small insurance defense firm in New Jersey. During his time in the JAG Corps, Ian has served as a Legal Assistance Attorney, Special Assistant US Attorney, Administrative Law Attorney, and as a Trial Counsel prosecuting felony cases. He served three years at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, and is currently stationed at Fort Bragg, NC.
