Major Jansen Weaver grew up in Lancaster, PA and graduated from the College of New Jersey. Upon graduation, Major Weaver commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and was designated as an Air Intelligence Officer. Major Weaver deployed to the Western Pacific on a Unit Deployment Program (UDP) and again to the Middle East. He then transitioned to the United States Marine Corps Reserve and enrolled in the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he earned his MBA. After a brief stint on Wall Street, Major Weaver spent three years at Deloitte Consulting in Philadelphia where he led strategy engagements with healthcare and life sciences companies. Currently Major Weaver leads an Accelerator at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and as a reservist serves as the Marine for Life Representative for the Philadelphia region. He lives in Bucks County, PA with wife and has daughter.
