Major Jansen Weaver grew up in Lancaster, PA and graduated from the College of New Jersey. Upon graduation, Major Weaver commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and was designated as an Air Intelligence Officer. Major Weaver deployed to the Western Pacific on a Unit Deployment Program (UDP) and again to the Middle East. He then transitioned to the United States Marine Corps Reserve and enrolled in the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he earned his MBA. After a brief stint on Wall Street, Major Weaver spent three years at Deloitte Consulting in Philadelphia where he led strategy engagements with healthcare and life sciences companies. Major Weaver then led an accelerator initiative at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), before taking his current civilian role as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ginger (an on-demand mental health company). He is currently a reservist serving as the Marine for Life Representative for the Philadelphia region and lives in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two young children.
