Josh Kristoff grew up in Syracuse, NY. He is a US Naval Academy 2007 grad with a BS in Quantitative Economics, also played varsity soccer. He served as a surface warfare officer aboard two ships, was an admiral’s aide, and finished service running harbor security operations in Bahrain. Since transitioning in 2013, Josh ran a manufacturing business in New York before moving to San Francisco to pursue the tech/startup world. His first tech role was as Program/Product Manager at HomeSuite (Airbnb for monthly, furnished rentals). As of Summer 2018 Josh is a Technical Program Manager at Meraki, a business unit of Cisco, and will concurrently be a student at The Wharton School’s MBA Program for Executives in San Francisco through May 2020. Josh lives in San Francisco with his wife, Kassandra, and their two kids.
