Josh was born in Anaheim, and grew up in La Quinta, both in California. He enlisted in the Army in 2008, as a Combat Medic. He spent two years in Colorado, one year in Afghanistan, and four
years in Germany, before getting kicked out. After two years in a community college, he successfully transferred to Stanford University, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Systems Engineering with Freshwater Focus, and minoring in Modern Language, Arabic Track. He hopes to assist in providing access to clean water around the world.
