A native of the Boston area, Justin Witwicki is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy and recently served as Director of Training and Readiness at Airborne Command and Control Squadron 117 in Point Mugu, CA. Previously, he served as an instructor at the Airborne Command and Control Weapons School and as an airborne E-2C Mission Commander in Atsugi, Japan.
Justin is currently pursuing a Master in Public Administration at Harvard University. He is a member of the U.S. Navy Fleet Scholars Education Program, a Fellow at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership, and a member of the Defense Council at the Truman National Security Project. He was recently named one of 2021’s “Out Leaders” by Out in National Security. Justin holds an M.A. in Government from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University.
