Karl Grosselin

Military service is a tradition in the Grosselin family and Karl knew he wanted to serve from a young age. After four years as a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy, Karl commissioned in the United States Air Force eager to make a difference. During eight years as an Air Force Acquisitions Officer, Karl realized the importance of the intersection between business and government. Working with the nation’s best defense contractors Karl excelled to deliver war winning Air and Space capabilities to the military’s finest operators and their allies. Karl’s time serving across all services has provided him key insights on how the people within the DoD can make the greatest impact in the United States Defense. This experience proved valuable as he excelled building teams and solving complex problems defending the world’s critical space infrastructure. Today, Karl is looking to expand his impact outside the Department of Defense. He is pursuing an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business to leap into the commercial sector and drive global change through business policies. Focusing on business strategy, he looks to leverage his Military experience to build more adaptive cultures within the world’s top companies. Karl also looks to continue volunteering with the Air Force Academy Admissions Office to recruit top talent for the service.
