Kurt Yeager

I graduated from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelors of Science in Physics in 2013. I then entered the Army as an active duty Infantry officer. My first assignment was Ft. Benning, GA, where I attended the Infantry Basic Officer Leader’s Course. I then spent the next four and a half years assigned at Fort Drum, NY in the 10th Mountain Division. At Fort Drum, I served as a rifle platoon leader, rifle company executive officer, light infantry battalion logistics officer, and battalion liaison officer. I deployed twice while serving in the 10th Mountain Division: once to Iraq and then once to Afghanistan. I applied to business school while in Afghanistan and decided to attend University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. I spend my free time skydiving, practicing bass guitar, or reading. I hope to pursue a career in the clean technology or strategy consulting industries.
