Major Lukas Berg is currently the Executive Officer for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade in Hawaii. His previous operational assignments include a variety of command and staff roles in both the 101st Airborne Division and the 1st Cavalry Division, with which he deployed to Eastern and Northern Afghanistan, respectively. He also served as an Assistant Professor of American Politics and Foreign Policy in the Department of Social Sciences at West Point, where he directed the Student Conference on U.S. Affairs and received the William F. Murdy Award for Teaching Excellence. He is a West Point graduate and holds an M.A. from the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs at Yale University. He is passionate about the power of education and looks forward to helping veterans gain admission to their programs of choice.
