Matthew Blanchard

Matthew is an Army Captain who transferred from active duty as an engineer officer to the National Guard in August, 2020. Matthew attended the University of Michigan (UofM), Ann Arbor and earned his bachelor’s of science in civil engineering and a minor in math in 2014. After commissioning through ROTC, Matthew was stationed in Vicenza, Italy and served as a platoon leader, executive officer, and staff officer for three years. Following his duty station in Italy, Matthew worked in Israel with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, then moved to Fort Bragg, NC to work as the BDE S4 for the 20th Engineer Brigade. Matthew is starting his MBA and MS in Industrial & Operations Engineering in August, 2021 through the University of Michigan Ross business school & Tauber operations program. Matthew is married and the proud father of three small dogs!
