Michael Prendergast served four and a half years as a United States Army Ranger. During that time, he served as an anti-tank team leader, deployed multiple times to Afghanistan, and competed in the Best Ranger Competition of 2017. In 2018 he matriculated to Columbia University in New York City where he studies Political Science and Economics. Presently, he maintains a 3.86 GPA and has been inducted into the Political Science Honor Society, Columbia University’s Honor Society, and the Dean’s List.
Transitioning from the military Michael hopes to break into the world of Investment Banking. While attending college, Michael has gained real-world experience through several internships across Wall Street, to include firms such as Guggenheim Partners, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, and Lazard. Outside of academic and work interests, Michael volunteers with a handful of veteran advocacy groups.
