Peter Casterline

Pete graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2002 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and XO with the 101st ABN Division at Ft Campbell and later as a Company Commander in the 3-2 Stryker Brigade at Ft Lewis, both times deploying to Iraq. Pete spent a year in between as an Embedded Tactical Trainer for the Afghan Army in 2006. After command, he worked in the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command at Pearl Harbor, HI, leading teams to search for Service Members remains in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. Pete then moved to Ft Bragg, NC to work as a Troop Commander in an Army Special Mission Unit and most recently as a Sensitive Activities Operations Officer at the Joint Special Operations Command, conducting multiple deployments to Afghanistan and the Middle East. Pete will be pursuing an MBA from the MIT/Sloan School of Management as a member of the class of 2018.
