Phillip Sheldon is a Marine Corps veteran and graduate of William & Mary, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Relations in 2020. Phillip was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC as an infantry Marine and deployed twice during his four-year tenure. In spring 2015, Phillip left the Marine Corps to attend college in his home state of Virginia and represented William & Mary at Ivy League Veterans Council conferences and helped many veterans successfully matriculate and transition to elite institutions. At William & Mary, Phillip helped his university create its first student veterans office and served on the Military & Veterans Advisory Board. Phillip remains active in veteran’s advocacy and is currently a management consultant based out of Washington, D.C. where he lives with his family.
