Tony grew up in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and served in the U.S. Air Force from 2010-2016. After graduating from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, he was stationed at Fort Gordon, Georgia where he worked as an Arabic Language Analyst for the intelligence community. As a Staff Sergeant, he performed Mission Manager duties which involved strategic posturing of several agencies in response to evolving threats in the Middle East, awarding him the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Technician of the Year. Tony is pursuing understanding the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system while getting his B.A. in Political Science at Yale University. He looks forward to empowering veterans by helping to bridge the confidence gap transitioning service members experience when applying to elite schools.
