Travis Cyphers

Travis enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve in 2000 and deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom before graduating with a B.S. in Broad Field Social Studies Education in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. Following graduation, Travis commissioned into the U.S. Army as a Field Artillery Lieutenant. Travis was assigned to the 4th Infantry Division as a Company Fire Support Officer and deployed to Afghanistan for the second time. Upon return, he served as a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in a firing battery before becoming a Basic Officer Leader Course Instructor. Most recently, he has served as a Battery Commander for an MLRS Battery. Travis has been selected as an instructor of management and leadership for the Behavioral Science and Leadership at the United States Military Academy. He is pursuing an MBA and will graduate from the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth College) in 2019.
