Troy is a career Navy strike-fighter pilot with combat experience in the Middle East and several carrier-based deployments to the Western Pacific. He graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 2007 and received his master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2008. He completed an Operational Department Head tour flying the F/A-18E Super Hornet in 2020. Troy is currently transitioning to fly the F-35C Joint Strike Fighter as an instructor pilot. He resides in Hanford, California with his wife and two children.
Troy loves playing golf, skiing, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with his family. He considers himself a lifelong learner and is passionate about helping veterans achieve their educational and career goals during their transition from active military service.
