Notre Dame is hosting Mission ND on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at the Notre Dame Washington Office, 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20004.
The evening is open to prospective undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, while the information will be especially focused and tailored for transitioning or recently transitioned enlisted service members and veterans. For clarity, this event is not for dependents; it is for current service members and veterans who are personally interested in learning more about or applying to Notre Dame.
A Notre Dame admissions representative will be there to address the admissions questions that are unique to military and veteran applicants. Members of the Notre Dame Club of Washington, D.C. and other local alumni will also join us so attendees can network and learn more about Notre Dame's alumni community.
For prospective undergraduate veterans, we will highlight three important access and success initiatives:
Holy Cross 1+3: a pathway through which select undergraduate veteran applicants can begin at Holy Cross College and transfer to Notre Dame for the remaining three years after meeting the program's academic requirements.
Veterans College Math Readiness (VCMR): a five-week online course that refreshes foundational math skills and provides successful completers with a Notre Dame faculty reference letter to support their undergraduate application.
Military Veteran Scholars Program: a new student-success program for enrolled undergraduate veterans that brings together peer sponsorship, financial support, military-connected orientation, academic and career development, wellness resources, and community and alumni connections.
