Russell Spivak

ENS Russell A. Spivak is an intelligence officer in the US Navy Reserve serving in support of the Joint Intelligence Center for the Central Command (JICCENT). In his civilian capacity, ENS Spivak, a graduate of MIT and Harvard Law School, is currently a law clerk to the Hon. Kenneth M. Karas on the District Court for the Southern District of New York and will be clerk to the Hon. Patrick E. Higginbotham on the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to his clerkship, ENS Spivak was an Associate and thereafter a Senior Associate at WilmerHale in New York City.
