Russell Spivak

LT Russell A. Spivak is an intelligence officer in the US Navy Reserve. He mobilized in support of a Special Operations Task Force and has served in Reserve Units supporting Central Command, Africa Command, Fleet Forces, and the DIA. In his civilian capacity, LT Spivak, a graduate of MIT and Harvard Law School, is currently an Assistant District Attorney in New York County (Manhattan). Previously, he has clerked for the Hon. Kenneth M. Karas (Southern District of New York), the Hon. Patrick E. Higginbotham (Fifth Circuit), and the Hon. Jennifer W. Elrod (Fifth Circuit) and has worked for two different law firms in Manhattan.
