Anson graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research. He served for 5 years as an Air Force officer leading programs in space and cyber operations as well as weapons development.

He is currently an MBA/MPA candidate at the Wharton School and Harvard Kennedy School.
