Jamie graduated from the Coast Guard Academy with a B.S. in Operations Research and Computer Analysis. Following graduation, she completed five years at sea, and obtained her M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics shortly afterwards. She completed a DIY post-baccalaureate program prior to transitioning to medicine, and matriculated to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
